Skin
“The skin has always taken care of us,
Let’s take care of her!”
Taking wise care of our skin makes us more beautiful and makes us feel better about ourselves and others.
The skin is a functional and vital organ that aims to defend us from external events.
The skin is a functional and vital organ that aims to defend us from external events. The skin, characterized by different layers, performs different and important functions: protective, secretory, thermoregulatory, melanogenetic, keratogenetic, sensory, immune, absorption, and respiratory.
To obtain good results, first, it is necessary to start with a good diet, to enhance and maintain the good functionality of the skin (elasticity, luminosity, and elimination of defects). There are various and specific treatments. Discover the most suitable treatments for your skin at a meeting in the studio with Doctor Paola Tarantino.
BIOSTIMULATION for effective nourishment of the skin over time.
A technique that reactivates the biological functions of the skin and releases substances into the dermis that give tone, elasticity, and freshness to the skin, with stunning results.
The active ingredients used for biostimulation are hyaluronic acid, some important amino acids, and a selection of the most effective vitamins to combat skin aging. The procedure involves the injection of these substances under the epidermis of the wrinkle, with very thin needles that do not cause any discomfort.
Advantages: the results, especially on the face, neck, and hands, are immediate, and the duration of the treatment increases with each session (3 sessions recommended). The treatment is perfectly tolerated by the skin and is performed on an outpatient procedure without any anesthesia.
HYALURONIC ACID for immediate rejuvenation
It consistently reduces wrinkles and skin blemishes, being an indispensable molecule to create and support the structure of our skin, and it naturally increases collagen and elastin.
It is naturally present in our body, becoming biocompatible and well-tolerated. With age, the production of hyaluronic acid begins to decrease, causing a slowdown in skin metabolism and the consequent loss of tissue volume.
Thanks to invisible injections, serenity is given to the face, rejuvenating the tissues and also acting on specific parts such as lips to restore fullness and turgidity or correct their volumes; wrinkles to reduce the signs of aging on the forehead and around the eyes; as well as reshaping the cheekbones, cheeks, chin, and jawline.
There are multiple consistencies of acid. The use of proper density makes a big difference in the result. We also use this technique in our studio to reduce post-acne or post-traumatic scars.
Advantages: the results, especially on the face, neck, and hands, are immediate, and the duration of the treatment increases with each session (3 sessions recommended). The treatment is perfectly tolerated by the skin and is performed on an outpatient procedure without any anesthesia.

It is a biophotonic treatment that can stimulate the skin at a cellular level through the creation of a dynamic, pulsating, and fluorescent light.
The Kleresca® biophotonic platform offers non-invasive treatments for therapeutic and aesthetic purposes aimed at reducing inflammation, increasing collagen production, and normalizing cellular activity, all with high safety and efficiency.
Choose Kleresca® for the following treatments:
- acne treatment offers high efficacy for patients suffering from acne, especially with inflamed lesions, even for moderate to severe cases.
It can be applied to different body zones, such as the face, back, and chest. - Rosacea treatment is a non-invasive treatment specially designed to combat the signs and symptoms of rosacea, using fluorescent light energy that penetrates the various layers of the skin and activates its healing mechanisms.
- Skin rejuvenation is a non-invasive biophotonic skin rejuvenation treatment. It works, in a pleasant way, by stimulating the natural biological processes of the skin to improve the complexion and the overall quality of the skin. Particularly suitable for zones like the face, hands, neck, and décolleté.
Advantages: it is a non-invasive technique with high safety and efficacy.
LASER THERAPY for the final elimination of skin spots and marks
It is a particular therapeutic technique that uses the effects of the energy generated by laser beams to obtain a biochemical response in correspondence with the cell membrane, which safely corrects many skin blemishes.
A good solution for sunspots, unwanted hair, tattoos, scars, and skin blemishes.
The treatment must be carried out by specialist doctors using specific equipment which guarantees a therapeutic and aesthetic result in a short time.
Advantages: each treatment has a recovery time of 5 to 10 days. There are few cutting-edge technologies in this field, and our studio offers some specific ones for the removal of spots, tattoos, dermatological lesions (moles, fibroids, keratoses, scars), and vascular lesions (angiomas, capillaries on the face, neck, and décolleté).
LASER: The precision that removes the inaccurate.
Discover the latest generation laser treatments according to the specific uses for which they are intended. Lasers have different wavelengths capable of recognizing a specific color, which represents their target:
- Vascular lasers
- Q-switched laser
- Fractional CO2 laser
- Laser for epilation
VASCULAR LASER
It has a wavelength emitting green light, capable of causing the closure of red elements, so its target will be the capillaries, i.e., everything is vascular.
Q-SWITCHED LASER
It can recognize the pigment, allowing you to eliminate sunspots (hyperchromic) in a few sessions.
FRACTIONAL CO2 LASER
It uses carbon dioxide to emit a light beam that hits the water present in the tissues, allowing it to vaporize.
The laser acts fractionally on the skin. In other words, it affects only microscopic points, leaving intact others whose tissue regeneration is created with flowless healing of the skin.
The resulting cellular renewal allows it to act on micro-wrinkles and acne scars.
LASER FOR EPILATION
It targets the root of the hair and uses the hair color that comes out as a vehicle. The hair root gets pint-sized.
One session per month is performed for seven/eight sessions in total. Costs depend on the areas to be treated.
CARBOXYTHERAPY oxygenates the skin and significantly reduces cellulite.
This technique uses carbon dioxide administered in the gaseous state. It is a specific machine that acts subcutaneously or intradermally using imperceptible needles.
It is functional for all chronic pathologies related to microcirculation or for giving better oxygenation to the tissues, such as in the cases of:
• cellulite and adiposity located on the belly, buttocks, legs, and arms
• skin aging of different parts of the body
• stretch marks
The number and duration of the sessions vary according to the disorder and the size of the area to be treated (usually ten sessions lasting from 20 to 40 minutes).
Advantages: carboxytherapy treatments also have a purifying effect as they promote the drainage of excess liquids and the disposal of toxins. It’s a non-invasive technique and doesn’t require you to respect a seasonal calendar.
CHEMICAL PEELING for a long-lasting smoothing effect
Very effective for treating many skin issues and for cell regeneration by removing and exfoliating dead cells. Only specialist doctors can manage it because it could severely damage the skin if used by inexperienced hands. It is called a chemical because it is formulated with particular exfoliating acids to know and know how to treat. Peelings allow the elimination of fine and superficial wrinkles, as well as the dull, opaque, and wrinkled texture on the back, décolleté, hands, and arms.
Advantages: this technique can be performed by combining with other aesthetic treatments for skin rejuvenation, such as lasers or fillers. One session of this type of peeling is enough for several years.
RADIOFREQUENCY to firm up the face and body.
Contrasts different types of blemishes and fights skin aging.
Aesthetic radiofrequency treatments are non-invasive, and thanks to the use of medical machines, they generate electromagnetic waves.
In fact, radiofrequency allows you to heat the tissues in-depth, stimulating collagen production and obtaining compact and luminous skin. It is specially indicated to reduce and counteract the imperfections of time and the loss of elasticity of the tissues, other than stretch marks and cellulite.
Advantages: it does not require using invasive tools such as needles, anesthesia, scalpels, and other instruments typical of cosmetic surgery. With a minimum of 7/10 sessions, the results obtained last two months, and with a single monthly booster session, the obtained results are kept stable.
PULSED LIGHT for a compact and luminous skin
In aesthetic medicine, it is both for skin photo rejuvenation and hair removal.
In the dermatological field, the treatment has the function of making the skin brighter and more toned.
Particularly suitable for treating skin blemishes due to the inevitable passing of time, as well as: sun exposure, air pollution, unbalanced diet, and smoking.
Through thermal stimulation, the production of new collagen occurs, restoring tone, elasticity, and firmness to the skin.
Advantages: it is a non-ablative method, meaning that it acts without damaging the overlying epidermis and without side effects. The results are noticeable from the first session.
NEEDLING for regenerated skin
It is a treatment that allows the natural induction of collagen and elastin, responsible for the elasticity and tone of the skin, with a cylindrical medical device equipped with microneedles calledDermaroller.
The derma roller is a tool that penetrates the skin through a small roller. The treatment causes micro lesions, stimulating the skin’s repair defenses and increasing collagen production. The skin is regenerated, toned, and renewed, showing a visible reduction of spots, wrinkles, and stretch marks.
Advantages: it is a non-invasive technique, well tolerated by all skin types.
PHOTONEEDLING for more elastic skin on the face, hands, neck and décolleté
It is a therapy that adds photodynamics to needling. It consists of applying a photosensitizing cream for exposure to light for a time ranging from 15 to 20 minutes. There may be slight redness and dryness of the skin that subsides within a few days.
Advantages: optimal results are already obtained with 2-4 treatments that can reach up to 12 months from the last treatment.
MESOBOTOX for relaxed skin
It is a technique that injects into the mesoderm a mix of substances containing vitamins, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, mineral salts, and a very diluted amount of botulinum toxin type A.
A small amount of Botox and revitalizing substances makes Mesobotox more versatile and “soft” than Botox.
It is ideal for relaxing the skin and fighting the unsightly signs of aging in a completely natural mood.
Particularly suitable for treating large areas such as the chin, neck, décolleté, and abdomen.
Advantages: it is less aggressive and invasive than Botox. The timing of both treatments and recovery is very short, allowing you not to interrupt your daily life.
Thicker hair
Several hair treatments depend on the type of thinning, so each patient gets a specific home therapy.
At my studios, we practice peelings, namely, acids, which decrease the scalp and let the hair breathe, favoring the scalp micro-circulation.
Home therapy allows the patient to complete the treatment with lotions applications and growth factors (biostimulation) that can strengthen the root and the hair, which, thus, become more full-bodied. Small hair thickens, improving the thinning itself.
The treatment includes one session a week to be repeated 6/7 times, added to a maintenance phase, to perform once a month for the first few times and every two months as the hair stabilizes.
Advantages: it is a non-invasive treatment.
